A digital agency site that opens like a film and reads like a product
PanCode builds AI products, platforms and games, and wanted a site that felt like the work: technical, cinematic, and precise. We designed and built it as a single-page React application: a scroll-controlled video intro that hands over to the page, a neon-lined interface system, English and German throughout, and a product and project catalogue structured so the agency can keep adding to it without touching the layout.

The homepage opens on a cinematic sequence (a signal core, a data cube, fragments assembling) driven by the scroll wheel rather than a timer, with a Skip Intro control for anyone who has seen it. It sets the tone for an agency selling intelligent systems, then gets out of the way.

A dark grid, cyan signal lines, bracketed headings and card frames that read as instrument panels. Products, projects and process all share the same components, so a match-3 game and a corporate B2B platform sit next to each other without the page changing its voice.

Eight stages from Dedicated Squad Leader to long-term support, laid out as a guided timeline with a four-stage summary on the home page. Everything ships in English and German from one content source, with a language switch that keeps you on the same page.
